🏛️ Overview
The Student Visa allows international students to live and study in the UK at approved educational institutions.
Students can work part-time during term time and full-time during holidays. Pathways exist to work visas and ILR after graduation.
📋 Requirements
- CAS from a licensed institution.
- Proof of funds for tuition and living expenses.
- English proficiency (IELTS UKVI or equivalent).
- Age ≥ 16.
- Genuine intention to study.
