• Legally married or engaged.
• Genuine and subsisting relationship.
• Both partners ≥18 years old.
• Minimum annual income: £29,000.
• English level: A1 minimum.
• Adequate accommodation.

• Visa: £1,523 (30 months)
• NHS surcharge: £1,035/year

• Renewal: 30 months
• ILR eligibility: after 5 years
• Citizenship eligibility: after 6 years

Allowed to study and work in the UK.
