Ces droits couvrent <strong>le salaire minimum, les horaires de travail, les cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, et la protection contre le licenciement abusif<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udded <strong>1. Horaires de travail et cong\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dur\u00e9e l\u00e9gale<\/strong> : 35 heures par semaine, avec possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019heures suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Repos quotidien et hebdomadaire<\/strong> : minimum 11 heures cons\u00e9cutives par jour, 24 heures cons\u00e9cutives de repos par semaine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s<\/strong> : 5 semaines par an + jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Travail de nuit et travail le dimanche<\/strong> soumis \u00e0 r\u00e9gulations sp\u00e9ciales.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcbc <strong>3.
