Objection (Rent Disputes)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have <strong>4 months<\/strong> to file an objection via <strong>Huurcommissie<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applies to both social and private sector housing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rent increase must be legally stated in your contract, or it may be invalid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2696\ufe0f 6. Eviction Rules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Eviction is only legal with a <strong>court ruling<\/strong>.
